Welcome to AI Bestie! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AI Bestie ("AI Bestie," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of our website, member area, and tools (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
AI Bestie offers AI-powered tools and friendly guides ("besties") organized into "lanes" (areas of life like Home, Wellness, or Business). We're growing — new besties, tools, and lanes are added over time, and some features are released gradually to founding members.
You're responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your login details secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or 13+ with a parent or guardian's permission, to use the Service.
Founding Access is our early-access phase. Features and besties are still rolling out, and things may change as we improve. Joining the founding list or a founding plan means you understand the Service is growing and you'll get your founder rate and early access as lanes open.
Please use AI Bestie kindly and legally. Don't use it to break the law, harm others, generate harmful or infringing content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or resell or redistribute it without our permission.
6. AI content & not professional advice. Your besties use AI to generate helpful content — plans, ideas, captions, budgets, meal ideas, and more. This content is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only and may not always be accurate or complete. It is not professional financial, legal, medical, mental-health, nutritional, or parenting advice, and it's not a substitute for a qualified professional. Always use your own judgment and consult a professional for important decisions. You are responsible for how you use anything the Service produces.
AI Bestie, its besties, branding, and platform are owned by us. As between you and us, you own the content you create using the tools, subject to our AI providers' terms; you give us the permission we need to operate the Service and deliver your results. Don't use our brand or characters without permission.
The Service relies on third parties (such as AI providers, our payment processor, and email/analytics tools). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and we're not responsible for them.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Bestie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You can stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.
We may update these Terms; we'll post the new version here with an updated date, and significant changes take effect after we notify you or you continue using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
