AI Bestie provides friendly, AI-powered tools and guides ("besties") that help with everyday life. You can reach us anytime at contact@meetyouraibestie.com.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your email address (for the founding-access list and your account), your name, and any content you type into our tools (for example, a meal you want planned or a caption you want written).
• Payment information: if you subscribe, your payment is handled by our third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of your subscription but do not store your full card number.
• Automatic information: basic usage and device data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) collected through cookies and analytics.

3. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service and your besties' tools.
• To create and manage your account and process your subscription.
• To send you founding-access updates, account and transactional emails, and (if you opt in) occasional news. You can unsubscribe anytime.

4. AI processing of your content

When you use a bestie's tools, the content you enter may be sent to trusted third-party AI providers to generate your results. We do not sell the content you enter. We do not use your personal content to train AI models without your consent, and we ask our AI providers to handle your data under their own privacy and security terms.

5. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the Service — such as our payment processor, AI providers, email/CRM, and analytics — under agreements that limit how they use it.

The Service is intended for adults (18+), or for teens 13+ with a parent or guardian's permission. Some besties help parents with family life, but the Service is used by the adult — not by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
